Submit your graduate housing application and indicate your preferred living arrangement.

Confirm Your Enrollment
Once admitted, submit your enrollment deposit to secure your place in the program.

Receive Your Assignment
You’ll receive your housing assignment along with next steps to confirm your space. A $200 non-refundable housing deposit is required.
Complete your housing application by logging into your Applicant Status Page using the credentials you received after submitting your application for admission.

What happens if I'm no longer enrolled or active in my program?
Students who are no longer enrolled or do not maintain active status in their graduate program may lose eligibility for campus housing.
How long can I stay in graduate housing?
Graduate housing is available for the duration of your academic program. Most students remain in housing throughout their time at FSC, with lease terms designed to align with program timelines.
What are the lease terms?
Graduate housing is typically offered through 12-month leases, providing consistency and stability throughout the year. In some cases, shorter lease options may be available depending on your program.
Can I live with a roommate, partner, or family?
Yes. Graduate housing offers flexible living arrangements for individuals, roommates, and families. Multi-bedroom units can be shared with roommates or reserved entirely for couples or families.
