Do I need to be admitted to Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern to apply for housing?
Yes. Graduate housing is available to students who have been admitted to a graduate program at Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern College. To secure housing, you’ll need to apply to your program and submit your enrollment deposit.
Do I need to be enrolled every term to remain in graduate housing?
While some graduate programs do not require enrollment every term, residents must demonstrate continued enrollment in their academic program for the duration of their stay in graduate housing.
What happens if I'm no longer enrolled or active in my program?
Students who are no longer enrolled or do not maintain active status in their graduate program may lose eligibility for campus housing.
How long can I stay in graduate housing?
Graduate housing is available for the duration of your academic program. Most students remain in housing throughout their time at FSC, with lease terms designed to align with program timelines.
What are the lease terms?
Graduate housing is typically offered through 12-month leases, providing consistency and stability throughout the year. In some cases, shorter lease options may be available depending on your program.
