Hometown

I am definitely considered a Floridian, but I also have roots in South Carolina and New Jersey.

Education

BS in Business Administration from Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern College and currently in the MS in IO Psychology program.

Why Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern

As an FSC graduate, I found great value and reward in seeking academic growth from an institution such as Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern. I was also able to experience and see the importance of my college advisor and the advising staff. This inspired me to embark upon academic advising, where I continue to support students in their educational journeys. Â鶹ÊÓƵ Southern College, along with many of my mentors, helped me realize the possibility of attaining my degree, which I had once given up on. With a background in management, leadership, and career coaching and development, academic advising has proven to be a perfect fit for me. Helping others achieve their goals has always been a passion of mine, and it is incredibly rewarding in my current role.

Favorite Spot On Campus

I absolutely love the entire campus, but I consider Ruth’s Rose Garden my favorite. 

Favorite Local Restaurant

There are several. I love authentic food and rich flavors and love being able to enjoy it with friends and family.

Favorite Thing to Do in Lakeland

Going to the movies, activities with my family, teaching/attending dance-related events, and writing.

The Dream Giver, The Purpose Driven Life, Remember the Titans, Erin Brockovich

Dance, teaching, mentoring, writing, painting/drawing, and reading.
