Biography
Patrick earned a BS in accounting with high honors from the University of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, worked an internship with Ernst & Young LLP (EY) in Tampa and then earned a MS in accounting from USF. After graduating from USF, Patrick started full time with EY in Tampa in the Assurance Services group. Patrick rose to partner at EY after 12 years and worked another 7 as a partner before leaving to take the job as CFO of IRONMAN, also in Tampa. Patrick worked as CFO of IRONMAN for 9 years overseeing more than 50 acquisitions, 3 debt raises, 2 company sales and one IPO. In that time, Patrick transformed the finance function into a high performing unit that delivered timely, accurate insights to the organization and produced high quality financial statements. While at IRONMAN, Patrick also oversaw HR, merchandise and IT for various periods. Patrick left IRONMAN in December 2020, to get some much-needed rest, but soon thereafter was persuaded to assist a few private equity firms on a consulting basis with financial related projects including being an interim CFO for an educational business (based in S. FL), an internet advertising business (based in Finland) and a consulting CFO for a cybersecurity company (based in Tampa).

Interests
Patrick is a lifelong resident of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and a third generation Tampa native. He has a wife, Stacy, and 2 daughters. Patrick enjoys woodworking, fishing, hunting and following the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Gators in his free time.
